ManifoldX is a small AI-automation consultancy and development studio based in Sydney. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, and operates in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

We only collect personal information when you actively contact us via the website form or email:

• Name
• Contact details (email / phone / WeChat / other channels you provide)
• Information about your business that you share in the message

This website does not use tracking cookies, serve ads, or connect to third-party analytics platforms.

3. How we use it

• Respond to your enquiry
• Schedule a free 30-minute discovery call (if requested)
• Assess whether we can offer suitable services and prepare a written quote

We will not use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

4. How we store and protect it

Information is stored in our Gmail account (protected by Google Workspace security) and on our local working devices (protected by passwords and disk encryption). We do not upload your information to any third-party platform on our own initiative. Project-generated data (chat logs, documents) is purged 12 months after engagement end, unless you request otherwise.

5. Your rights

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (unless required by law to retain)
• Lodge a complaint about how we handle your information

For any of the above, email info.manifoldx@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC, oaic.gov.au).

6. About case study data

Client names in case studies on this site have been redacted. Figures shown for amounts, time savings, and efficiency uplift include both measured data and reasonable estimates based on industry baselines and client interviews. Detailed methodology is available on request. All client quotations have been edited for clarity or anonymised.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page.
